Manga Impact - The World of Japanese Animation

As I like to do sometimes, I pick up books concerning anime and/manga. This time, I saw one put out by Phaidon, titled Manga Impact - The World of Japanese Animation.

First off, the title is completely inaccurate when it uses 'manga' to refer to Japanese animation. Manga is the word for comics. Secondly, it looked like the type of book that was just trying to profit off the recent popularity in comics and animation from Japan. I knew I had to review it, even if I didn't own the copy I got to look at.

I decided to break a ton of links by changing the URL of the blog. The reasons being that it was too long and I didn't want visitors to confuse this blog with something else. Unfortunately, this change also means that I broke some search results in Google. Sorry.

Furthermore, I've hidden more posts. They either didn't reflect my current self or they were considered low quality.

Seeing as how I have little motivation to think or write a lot, updates will be stopped here for a bit. A lot of posts have been hidden too, as they no longer reflect current ideas or beliefs I hold.
